Clinical Radiography Academy provides educational content and live group learning sessions for students and practitioners.

Educational content may include live teaching sessions, downloadable learning resources, email resources and publicly available educational content on platforms such as YouTube.

All content is provided for educational and professional development purposes only.

Clinical Radiography Academy offers paid live educational sessions.

Participants purchase access to a 4-week course which includes live sessions and resources.

The price per participant will be clearly communicated before payment is made.

Payment must be made in full before access to the sessions is provided.

Session dates, times, and joining instructions to Microsoft Teams will be communicated to participants separately.

Participants are responsible for attending the scheduled sessions.

If a participant is unable to attend a session, they should provide as much notice as possible.

Unless otherwise agreed, missed sessions due to a participant non-attendance are not refundable or transferable.

If Clinical Radiography Academy cancels a session, a replacement session will normally be offered. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided, an appropriate refund or credit will be offered.

Where sessions are purchased through SumUp, consumers may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract.

If you ask for your session to begin within the 14-day cancellation period, you may be asked to expressly request that the service begins during this period.

If you subsequently cancel after some sessions have already been delivered, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already provided.

Once the service has been fully performed, cancellation rights may be lost where the applicable legal requirements have been met.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Participants must not record live sessions, whether by audio, video, screen recording or screenshots, without prior permission.

Clinical Radiography Academy will inform participants in advance if as session is to be recorded.

People who choose to join the mailing list may receive educational resources, updates and information relating to Clinical Radiography Academy.

Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in emails.

All materials provided by Clinical Radiography Academy, including downloadable learning resources, email resources and publicly available educational content, are owned by or licensed to Clinical Radiography Academy unless otherwise stated.

Downloadable and email resources are for the individual’s personal use only. Materials must not be copied, reproduced, uploaded, distributed, shared, resold or otherwise made available to another person without prior written permission.

Receiving the material does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property or grant the individual the right to reproduce or commercially exploit the material.
